Biography
Bonr in France, Pascale is geo-localized in Brussels, Europe and on the Internet. Since 2003, installations, performances, materialistic creations, virtual et interactive creations have been the primary expressions of her solo and collaboration works, in flesh and on line.She graduated in 2014 from SPEAP, School of Political Arts, directed by Bruno Latour at Sciences-Po Paris. . Graduated in 2013 MA digital art (ERG), Brussels and 2008 MA visual arts (DNSEP), Besançon Fine Arts School (FR).
Pascale has been invited to share her researches through readings, lecturings, jurys, residencies, workshops and through collaborations with labs (LIMSI-CNRS, LARAS, iMAL). Besides her researches about protocols for performance and enduring worlds, Pascale Barret is curator for Cyberperformance and Machinima. For example she presents online exhibitions for Octopus Project or the Copie Copains Club.
In 2010, Pascale was laureate of Banff Center (Canada) for "Interactive Screen Beautiful Lives".
