Biography
Born in Cochabamba, Bolivia, his works were a constant presence in salons and galleries since 1982. He exhibited mainly in Bolivia and Ecuador, while his works can be found in institutional and private collections in Europe, the United States, and throughout Latin America. Considered a major figure for the painting tradition of Cochabamba, he worked at ease with watercolors, oil paints, and drawing mediums; even though his preference for watercolors is reflected in the many national awards he obtained with pieces in this medium.
