Biography

Fernanda Peruzzo is a Brazilian artist born in 1979. Journalist, graduated from the PUC-PR University, Fernanda Peruzzo worked as a reporter and writer for more than ten years in several newspapers, reviews and agencies (to mention a few: Gazeta do Povo, Veja, Top View) before getting settled in Paris.

2011 onwards, she began photography at the heart of the French capital. Without losing her reporting mechanisms, she decided to research on social behavior, capitalism, individuality and stereotypes.

Her last project, "Moi, Brésilienne" treats the image of a Brazilian woman in France. A unified city like Paris, she criticizes the blending of the fashion market which has twisted the identity of quarters such as Le Marais or Canal Saint Martin.

The artist is now based in Sicily, and develops projects between Italy, France and Brazil.
