Stefan Georgiev’s style is a virtuoso blend where the delicate lines of the Secession meet the surreal depths of Symbolism. Built with mathematical precision, his figurative works elevate the female silhouette into a sacred archetype, bridging the familiar world with the subconscious.
Rejecting the traditional brush, Georgiev uses a complex, multisensory technique. By layering oil pigments, structural pastes, and gold or silver foil, he creates rich, three-dimensional relief topographies. These textured surfaces interact dynamically with light, giving each canvas the feel of a precious, ancient artifact.
With over 50 years of dedication and 70 solo exhibitions across three continents, Georgiev’s paintings act as "extrasensory presences"—a powerful, emotional interface between the artwork and the viewer's soul.
