Victoria Yuanli Yuan

Yuanli Yuan is an artist based in London who works primarily with painting and mixed media. She holds a BA in Visual Arts from Fordham University (USA). Her artistic practice explores the intimate relationship between the female body, water, and emotional memory, often treating water as both a physical substance and a symbolic medium: fluid, unstable, and resistant to fixed forms.

Yuanli Yuan has exhibited internationally, with exhibitions and projects in Mexico, Japan, Beijing (798 Art District), the US, UK an Italy.

She continues to develop her practice through painting-based research, expanding into installation and material-driven processes that investigate surface, skin, and soil as interconnected states.
