Biography
Born May 1, 1990 in Roubaix, Rémi Grenouillet is a craftsman, artist and sculptor qualified by the "artisans of excellence".
His work is at the crossroads between various disciplines: sculpture, design, contemporary art... It is in his studio near Bordeaux that he brings copper and concrete to life.
In his hands, these two materials oscillate, vibrate, in innumerable chromatic ranges.
Thanks to the oxidation process that has become a signature, this artist/craftsman sublimates the seemingly raw surfaces which, in his hands, become imbued with great sophistication.
The creative process being constantly active with Rémi, his “material-works" dialogue with the light, making them compositions of infinite richness.
