His inspiration is formed during numerous trips to the Maghreb and Southern Europe, particularly to Ravenna, Italy. The Arab-Andalusian civilization and its marvelous azulejos, Orientalism with artists like Gustave Guillaumet or Jean Bouchaud, and Odorico fils, are all references that nourish him to create a mosaic that is both of high quality and adapted to popular urban planning.
