Olga Blere

France • 1990

Color can speak on its own, but sometimes it is accompanied by form, image, and memory.

Biography

Olga Blere is a contemporary artist based in Le Plessis-Robinson, France. In 2025, she participated in ArtShopping at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris and the 17ème Salon des Artistes Professionnels Robinsonnais in Le Plessis-Robinson. Her work was featured in the Spring 2025 issue of Grands peintres & sculpteurs – Le monde naturel.

Born in 1990, Olga studied Fine Art in childhood before earning degrees in Law from the Russian University of Cooperation and Interior Design from the School of Politics and Business in Moscow. She later continued developing her artistic practice through private painting studies, combining a structured design background with an intuitive approach to painting.

Working primarily in acrylic, Olga Blere moves between abstraction, landscape, and figurative suggestion. Rather than depicting specific places, she explores the space where recognizable forms emerge from fields of color and texture, inviting viewers to shift between observation, memory, and imagination. Color is the foundation of her visual language, while texture, rhythm, and composition shape the emotional atmosphere of each work.

Olga Blere is interested in paintings that remain open rather than prescriptive. Instead of illustrating a fixed narrative, she creates spaces for contemplation where emotion takes precedence over explanation and each viewer is free to complete the image through personal experience.
