CAL Dessins & Co

CAL is a street art artist based in Lyon, active since 2016 under the name "CAL, Dessins & Co". Her playground: the city itself. Bollards, lampposts, plaques, and corners of urban furniture become under her pen charming characters (her "Little Buddies", her pigeons...) who surprise passers-by around a street corner.

Her graphic universe, made of simple lines, bold colors, and positive messages, seeks to enchant daily life and create a spontaneous connection with the public. In collaboration with the VANGART workshop, CAL has transposed this universe into embroidery: a textile interpretation of her drawings, made stitch by stitch in limited edition and numbered, certified.
