Biography
After her Visual Arts diploma (Rennes, 1990), Izabeau Jousse has been exhibiting her works in numerous French galleries. She also takes part in salons, mainly in France and Belgium. Her works are part of private collections in France, Belgium and Germany.
In Izabeau Jousse's works, the acrylic paint is the favorite medium in her expressive painting in which the characters are the main subject. The backgrounds, that she prepares meticulously, reveal the colors of the different layers she applies on the canvas. The artist's warm palette is a wonder for the eyes.
