Biography
Ioye is an artist of Greek origin having increased in the suburb West of Paris. He discovers the graffiti at the end of 1980s, marked by the expérience of the pioneers of the movement as Sino or FBI. He obtain a Diploma at the "école Boulle" in 1998 and then, fly away for Athens where he leaves his track on the walls of the Greek capital.
Ioye is going to change pen name, passing as Beast to Ioye during its career, to allow new calligraphic experiments. Closer to the universe of the skateboard and to the punk than to the rapidly growing hip-hop, Ioye demonstrates this natural inclination in the almost metallic tone of its lettering to the cutting and sharpened cut and electric colors.
