Kikayou

Born in 1966 in the South of France, Kikayou has always been driven by the desire to make art, to offer the world work that are, like him, full of energy and ideas, but withour pretentions. He creates luminaries, collages and works on canvas.

Inspired by artists such as Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Villeglé, or Dali, Kikayou invites us into his world of images, between street and urban art. His art is joyful, impulsive and the chaos at the center of his works is also a promise for the future.

What is Kikayou's message? Well, he tells us to enjoy life and try new experiences. His works are tensions between forces, they are full of life. The viewer is constantly at the limit between forgetting and memory, dream and sleep, traces of life... The viewer finds familiar images, his memories and feels alive.
