Biography
Daphne Corregan was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania in 1954 and moved to France in 1970. She studied Fine Art, drawing, sculpture and ceramic at the École des Beaux Arts de Toulon, and at the École des Beaux Arts de Marseille and one can find all these combined in her work.
Daphne Corregan started her own studio with Gilles Suffren, her husband in 1979. He is coming along to Durban. She has been teaching in the Art School of Monaco since 1989. Her career is very impressive; her work is shown all over the world and is part of many private and public collections. She is a member of the International Academy of Ceramics.
