Biography
Trained in Fine Arts, Dominique de Séguin unites painting, sculpture, engraving, photography and digital arts in an ultimate and secret metamorphosis that the smartphone screen will reveal: Flash Art.
After the bronzes of his first period which won him numerous distinctions and his double laser-cut stelae, Dominique de Séguin creates large format Flash Art canvases which bring oil and acrylic to compose in harmony.
Another way for the artist to express the Yin Yang complementarities of his “monumental Zen” sculptures installed in the public square. The artist creates a new generation of Flash Art works with connected tarpaulins and interactive window displays.
Dominique de Séguin revisits the intaglio using miniatures of his stelae whose prints mounted on the canvas are integrated into compositions sometimes enhanced with gold leaf, always endowed with Qr codes and enriched content.
