Biography
Painting accompanies the artist from an early age. Sylvie Abadie-Bastide focuses on female portraits by mixing colors and materials (rice paper, silk, rope, sand…). Her new work on totems also allows her to create and venture into the realization of sometimes personal stories, thanks to a technique that she has totally appropriated.
