Biography
Born in 1954 in France, Claire Joly comes from a family of aesthetes, with a great open-mindedness and some of whose members have a creative gift. She lived her adolescence in the tropics during the 60s, psychedelic colors in her eyes. His drawing-painting journey: - "tachism" and Indian ink drawing - optical effects created from the progressions. geometric or arithmetic and color gradients (exhibition in Réunion). - acrylic on canvas from “signatures”: more or less thick shapes and colors (no pastel shades), using different utensils (brushes, sponges, knives, paper, glue comb, etc.).
