Biography
In his artworks, the painter Philippe Saucourt seeks the harmony of opposites between movement and flatness, between transparency and opacity, between density and emptiness, and between raw energy and refinement. Beyond these, his artworks reveal so naturally a strong musical sense, which is undoubtedly linked with his parallel status of musician.
