Sarah Picon

Sarah Picon was born in England. Her parents are both Franco-British painters. After having done her studies at the Harrow School of Art and London School of Printing, she settled down in France. The artist lives and works in the Parisian and Drome region.

Sarah worked a lot in the world of edition and teaching, however she always came back to painting.

Sarah paints anything to do with environment, from a small corner in her house, may that be big spaces in nature, emotional looks, moving light on fruits or the sky's color. Anything is a good excuse to create inventive and warm paintings. The artist is aware about this as she creates her own colors, a combination of light earth colors with warm ocher. She gives a lot of importance to the most humble things.
