Laetitia Le Bihan

Laetitia Donneve - Le Bihan was born in 1969 in Neuilly sur Seine. Painter, she now lives and works in Saint Raphaël.

Passionate about architecture, Laetitia Le Bihan has been drawing plans and houses since her childhood.

Despite her wish to become an architect, she eventually studied Life and Earth Sciences at the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis. Despite everything, these studies enabled him to continue to draw, although in a completely different style. Finally attracted by this study of life and the art that ensued from it, she would draw inspiration from it years later.

The grace of a flowering stem, the blossoming of a body, the condition of Man caught between the infinitely large and the infinitely small, the study of the Earth and the universe fascinate this artist who always sees in what she paints desire, love, sensuality… An expression of existence that she relates to that of the Human Being. Acrylic and watercolor, canvas or paper, large or small, alternately naturalistic or abstract, the work of Laetitia Le Bihan is in perpetual evolution.

However, even when his heart expresses life through geometric shapes, we still find in his work a delicacy imbued with light, cheerfulness, gentleness and hope. On a white, black or gray background, she draws then paints with the constant objective of making the subject sparkle that her soul will want to share with her according to her wandering moods and the different periods of her life and her work.
