Svetlana Arefiev was born in 1966 in Russia, she trained at the School of Fine Arts and then worked as a restorer of works of art at the Museum of Architecture in Moscow. Arriving in France in 1994, Svetlana continues to work in these two professions: restorer for French heritage and as a painter.
Painter with classical and modern inspiration, drawn by the wear and tear of time on old works. Sensitive to the beauty of colors and the plasticity of Renaissance painters.
