Biography


Liliane Lointier (1924-2018) makes colors sing, the palette of life, in fidelity to reality, or in its transformation. She paints landscapes, women, flowers, like everyday objects transfigured by her gaze. 


"She transfigures, also exalts the quiet beauty of everyday patterns by painting still lifes with familiar elements: simple objects, fruits, vegetables, sometimes game". (Jean Chabanon)

“Realism and poetry" (ERLINA) emerge from all of his work. A former student of the National School of Decorative Arts, she had François DESNOYERS and Roland OUDOT as masters.
