Biography
Born in 1961 in the Lille region, Alexandre Motte followed his artistic training in Belgium at the St Luc Institute in Tournai.
Established on Dinard for nearly 25 years, his work evolves over time towards an increasingly intimate work "... like an intuition that there is a hidden and sacred unity behind this immense diversity" (Hermann Hesse: L art of idleness, the beauty of the butterfly).
