Joseph heni
Born in 1948 in Paris, I started painting at the age of 12 at the primary school where I was noticed by my painting teacher being behind in relation to other schoolchildren. Discovering my passion, he supplied all the painting equipment that was necessary for me.
As soon as possible, I began to frequent the Louvre Museum and the Jeu de Paume Museum: I drew all my inspiration as a young painter.
It was in 1965 that I made my first trip to Italy, more particularly to Florence to approach Italian painters for my amazement.
Back in Paris, I decided to follow my vocation as a painter.
