Photographer engaged in reality since the early 90s, he immediately developed a visual style of struggle, bringing together opposing movements: submission and emancipation, presence and disappearance, immobility and movement, reality and fiction.
It was in 2013 that he discovered contemporary dance and immediately began a continuous artistic dialogue with his performers, the dancers, these “warriors of beauty" as Ian Fabre defines them. For him, their body is a seismography of reality, a kind of interior landscape which offers a digest of disparate, ambivalent, shifting sensations which cross us all, here and now.
