Biography

After having used the pseudonym Olivia Télé Clavel, and Electric Clito, Olivia Clavel is now known as Olivia No Sport Clavel, and she makes a lot of fun about her pseudonym… She has a great sense of humor and this was obvious in her work even from her debut, in 1974, when she produced a comic for the Actuel magazine. The same year, she created the Bazooka collective with Kiki, Loulou Picasso and Lulu Larsen. Her most famous character, Télé was created in 1976, is put into different situations and wears a TV-shaped mask.

Olivia Clavel has also produced magazine covers and album covers (Rita Mitsouko, Brigitte Fontaine…).
Still an icon today, Clavel is pursuing her quircky journey.
