Biography
Scowcza, by Pierre SChmitt, engineer, and Dominique Owczarski, artist-plastic.
Two opposing personalities, united for two fights: to gain recognition for vector art, and to associate it with plastic arts.
Authors of the Vector Art Manifesto, published in Tangente, we do not use the computer to obtain beautiful illustrations, nor to generate random and / or interactive processes, and even less to promote artificial intelligence.
We simply use its power, the limits of which are exceeded every day, to also extend the boundaries of design, from the infinitely simple to the extremely complex.
Through these new digital prints, and their integration into traditional plastic arts, we are simply seeking to invent images, and thus reveal new aspects of our perception of the world around us.
