Ruan. C., is a self-taught French artist, born in 1969, from the world of finance.
His passion for Rolex watches prompted him to embark on art by offering works based on this prestigious brand.
He will then develop a particular technique which consists in associating on his canvas collages, paintings and graffiti of the "Lowbrow" current. Ruan. C. adds his functional Rolex clock touch to the center of his compositions, the focal point of his works.
He creatively associates his love of Rolexes with that of cars (Porsche or Ferrari), and that of cinema such as Steeve McQueen and Paul Newman to make it a unique and timeless work.
Ruan's creations. C. have been exhibited for 10 years in famous galleries in Paris, Deauville or even in Belgium, where he is enjoying growing success.
