Biography
Prune Thuillez is a painter born in 1960. She lives and works in Paris.
After studying law, she chose to switch careers and returned to her passion for drawing.
At first, she produced painted furniture or murals and some other large projects (building halls, store facades, etc) all the while teaching plastic arts workshops.
Since 1995, she devoted herself entirely to painting and printmaking. Some of her drawings have been chosen for textile prints by a famous clothing brand.
A close confidante of the universe, she unveils for us with great virtuosity the harmony that she finds in the secret alliance of the worlds. Her works reveal a subtle universe that softens all contrasts. Unity emerges from this search, in which the joy may take the form of sweetness or melancholy. Her colors play on a full range of sensations. She depicts arid landscapes, but also images of fertile nature with trees and blossoming flowers.
