Each of the figurative evocations thus resonates like the remanence of a lost memory which materializes as much as possible, but for an all the greater expression, on the canvas, in the form and in the color.
Curiously the work of the material, of a substance suggested and also deeper in the palette itself, and in subjection, does not seem to load his fascinating vision with more reality, or illusions of his always enigmatic stories.
