Franck Turzo

My plastic research is directed towards the interpretation of our current world with these influences, good or bad. I translate it by the research of round, compressed, diverted and even deformed forms. I start from a figurative model that I metamorphose to make it more abstract, which creates an ambivalence in my pieces. 

At the same time in movement and motionless, sometimes playful and sometimes tactile. Sometimes, I integrate my hands in my works as the mark of an imprint, of the hold of time, of the formatting that we undergo throughout our lives. My sculptures evoke mainly the animal world to represent the human being in all its diversity, its complexity and its behaviors.
