Biography
Elene Kavteladze (born in 1996) graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Shota Rustaveli Theatre University and currently lives and works in Tbilisi, Georgia. She completed an internship at an art museum while also working in a private gallery. Recently, she participated in her third consecutive exhibition, showcasing her textile-related artwork and plans to continue her creative journey.
“I've had a love for drawing since childhood. This process brings me the greatest peace of mind. I often find inspiration in texture, whether it's paper, textiles, or something else. Without formal training in this field, my works are a bit childish, carefree, and free. For most of my life, I hid my creations on a shelf and never acknowledged my passion for painting. Now that I'm approaching 30, I've given myself permission to pursue what makes me truly happy."
