Biography
Muji Harjo is an established realism artist from Indonesia. He explores the world around him with a keen lens and believes that each object, from the sand grains to the big rocks have distinct characters that need distinct methods of drawing and well defined concepts that can depict them accurately. In his recent works he explores the world of precious and semi-precious stones and fine gemstones to the coarser textures of the likes of coral. Apart from technique and visualization, his works are always composed with hidden philosophical messages that slowly reveal itself to the viewer.
