Biography

Marina Cruz Garcia was born in Haganlay, Philippines in 1982. Having graduated from the College of Fine Arts at The University of the Philippines, she now lives and works in Bragan Province. In 2008, she won the Philippine Ateneo Art Award for her work "Landscapes of Embroidery".
