Biography
Tomasz Kaim (b. 1988) is a visual artist and philologist who combines painting practice with a broad background in the humanities. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, where he completed his long-cycle Master's degree at the Faculty of Art, majoring in Painting (2011–2018).
His artistic path is underpinned by comprehensive university education. Between 2008 and 2013, he attended the University of Silesia within the framework of the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities (MISH). During this time, he studied English Philology (Translation profile with German) combined with Cultural Studies. This interdisciplinary background allows for a multidimensional approach to his creative process.
