Ygrek

Ygrek is an artist active since the late 90s on the Geneva graffiti scene. Always looking for originality and demarcation, he did a lot of stylistic research around typography, then began to take an interest, in 2010, in urban fencing as a new artistic medium. 

Today known for his "grids", which he produces using scotch tape, Ygrek uses grid lines like pixels for his graphic creations. At the crossroads between graffiti and typography, his interventions can be seen from Paris to Berlin, via Brussels, Milan, Zurich or Lisbon. He then carries out photographic research to immortalize his works as best as possible.
