Biography
Born on September 9, 1993, in Sfax in the middle east of Tunisia, Tarek lived his entire childhood in this fishermen's neighborhood. Coming from a family of fishermen, Tarek often went to the sea after school with his mother or his grandfather to help them provide for his family.
At the same time, he started doing combat sports at the age of eighteen (Chinese boxing and kickboxing). Later, at the age of twenty-two, he started to draw on the walls of his room and then picked up a paintbrush and a real talent was discovered that day. Tarek passed his technical baccalaureate and then decided to invest himself fully in combat sports and in his painting.
Life in Tunisia is difficult either financially or for his professional development so he decided at the age of twenty-five to join his aunt in Paris to try to live from his art and continue the sport of combat. Registered in the MMA gym in Paris he started to make himself known for his speed and concentration he was also approached to become a professional MMA fighter unfortunately the covid happened and everything stopped. He then focused on his talent as an artist and started to make himself known by word of mouth.
Tarek created his artist name by taking his first name backwards which gives Artek.
Given his talent and the many positive feedbacks I can tell you that we will hear about Tarek and this is just the beginning a bright future is opening up for him!
