Biography
Derya Ulker is a Turkish painter who was born in Ankara in 1979. She studied law and then left this field and joined the School of Fine Arts of Anatolia. She finished her studies by obtaining a PhD from the painting section of the Institute of Fine Arts of the Mimar Sinan University. She currently works at the Institute of Fine Arts of the Mimar Sinan University as a researcher.
Her work has been the subject of twenty solo and group exhibitions in Turkey. The artist has also exhibited his work in Poland.
