Biography
Born in 1964, Fred Ingrams is a British painter specializing in painted depictions of British landscapes. Beginning his career at London’s prestigious Camberwell College of Art, Ingrams later attended Central Saint Martins, from which he was expelled. The artist then went on to become a key figure in London’s art scene during the 1980s.
In 1998, Ingrams moved to the British countryside with his wife, to an area known as The Fens in Norfolk. He now divides his time between Norfolk and Scotland, painting the surrounding landscapes.
