Peter Liversidge is a British artist, born in 1973 in Lincoln, he currently lives and works in London.
The first works of Peter Liversidge were based on a conceptual practice that consisted in typing performance proposals and typewriting artworks. He used a variety of mediums.
He imposes a time limit to himself as for an exhibition or a project, most of his proposals are site-specific, and the exhibition results in the management of these work proposals, whether they were finally completed or not.
His work has been exhibited in renowned places abroad, such as at the Tate Modern, The Art Basel and the Whitechapel Gallery in London..
