Biography

I did not consider myself an artist, at least in the visual sense, until fairly recently. While I was always involved in music from early childhood, I never took art classes or did much drawing or doodling. 
A few years ago a dear friend invited me to an art class she was teaching. I discovered a passion for art, color and creating and now greatly enjoy spending time in my art studio. I love bold, vibrant colors and experimenting to see interesting effects that result from combining different paint consistencies and pigments. I enjoy the challenge of creating custom art pieces of different shapes, sizes, colors and techniques and helping to create something special for my clients’ spaces.
