Carlos Quinto Kemm's artwork is in the "Magic Realist/Visionary" art tradition. His painted collage assemblages are often multi-dimensional, dense and elaborate re-workings of images concerned by "Eros, Death. and Spiritual Quest".  

Work in public collections include the Albuquerque Museum of Art and History (Albuquerque, New Mexico), New Mexico Museum of Fine Art (Santa Fe, New Mexico), the National Hispanic Cultural Center Art Museum (Albuquerque, New Mexico), Capitol Art Collection (Santa Fe, New Mexico), and the Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art (Roswell, New Mexico).
