Biography

Ahol Sniffs Glue is a Miami-based Cuban-American street artist best known for his signature motif: droopy, hypnotic eyes. Using walls across Wynwood and beyond as his canvas, he creates murals that explore themes of labor, urban life, and everyday struggle. His instantly recognizable eye designs reflect the exhaustion and resilience of Miami's working class.

Starting as a teen drawing glue-sniffing monsters, Ahol's early punk influences gave way to a bold, graphic street art style. His acclaimed series Biscayne World captures the raw energy of Biscayne Boulevard—its nightlife, grit, and Latin flair. The animated short film adaptation was showcased at the Miami International Film Festival and recognized by Vimeo as one of the best videos worldwide.

Today, Ahol Sniffs Glue blends street art with abstract expressionism, using pastels and charcoals to explore deeper emotional and societal themes. Inspired by mass media, pop culture, and marginalized voices, he creates textured, layered works that question systems of power. His signature sleepy eyes remain at the heart of his evolving practice. He is represented by Gregg Shienbaum Fine Art.
