Biography
Frederick Fulmer is a Los Angeles/Joshua Tree based artist and founder of the Joshua Tree Highlands Artist Residency. He is primarily an abstract painter, using pure pigments, oil & acrylic, along with collage elements from prints & photographs. His imagery is informed by the diverse geographical landscape of the Mojave Desert and addresses the effects brought onto the environment by climate change and increased population density.
