Description
Nude is an original lithograph realized by Bruno Bruni in 1968. Hand signed in pencil on the lower right margin. Numbered in pencil on the lower left margin. Edition of 40 prints.
It represents a female nude with a light pink background. The woman is lying on a boulder, she has no face and her body is sinuous and sensual. The background is completely pink with some horizontal lines on the right side that recalls the interior space of a room. The composition is almost Surrealist, with an apparent non-sense of the figures.

Presentation
Bruno Bruni (Gradara, 1935) is an Italian artist, engraver, painter and sculptor. He is one of the most famous contemporary Italian artists in Germany.
Between 1953 and 1958 he studied at the Academy of Fine Arts of Pesaro; after several exhibitions in Italy, Bruno Bruni moved to London where he was inspired by Pop Art.
In 1960, after an exhibition at the Whibley Gallery in London, he moved to Hamburg where he studied at the Staatliche Hochschule für Bildende Künste .
In 1977, he won the Senefelder International Prize for Lithography. At the moment, he lives between Hamburg and Udine.
