Description
A urban vision where the gray of concrete fades before the energy of graffiti. This composition captures Paris from a bold angle. The Eiffel Tower stands in the center of a landscape saturated with colors and lettering.
The artist détourns the French capital to make it a graphic playground. The codes of street art and pop culture intertwine with precision. Characters inspired by manga and cartoons naturally integrate into the streets and the banks of the Seine.
The contrast is marked between the monochrome photography and the chromatic interventions. Each area becomes a space of free expression. The signatures and tags energize the perspective, creating a constant visual rhythm.
This creation made in digigraph is based on the superposition of layers. It transforms a classic view into a subversive and joyful scene. The whole offers a playful reading of public space. The gaze circulates from the colorful rooftops to the meticulous details of the foreground, where iconic figures observe the city.

Maxime Blachère is an atypical artist from Savoy, now living near Lyon and present in 25 countries and several art galleries in Europe and the US. Maxime Blachère's universe is filled with humor and saturated colors.
Self-taught and versatile, his sources of inspiration are multiple. Comics, pop culture, photography and of course Street-art.In phase with the Fluxus movement, he uses and mixes the codes of the environments that inspires him and of the artists he meets to give free rein to his imagination and deliver offbeat works, sometimes naive, sometimes subversive, like his series of works "Vandal is color" where Maxime takes pleasure in virtually vandalizing urban landscapes around the world.
