Description
Unique and original work by GOD SYLVER.
Cement, relief and inclusions.
Finishing gold leafs + copper foils + liquid gilding.
-------
Signed by the artist.
One can see in the center of this work a circle representing an energy / star / sphere around which gravitates 4 smaller spheres representing the 4 original creative elements of everything. Around it letters in relief are arranged in a circle in the form of E-T-E-R-N-I-T-Y turning on itself without end.
At the bottom of the composition, a planet (the earth?) Symbolized by the dunes of the foreground plants the scene and positions us as a spectator of this energy.
---------
This work encourages meditation and contemplation by making us take a fear of height and perspective on life.

Presentation
God Sylver is an American artist who lives in France since the 80s.
God Sylver work focuses mainly on the subjects of sex and money, which are according to him the two only motivations of man. His universe is categorical, raw and satirical. His vision of humanity is acerbic and pragmatic. He represents Western societies as he perceives them: dominated by greed and in search of power.
God Sylver uses gold as his main color in order to underline his purpose. He also works with golden leaf and liquid gold. Ironic, narcissistic and megalomaniac, his work undoubtedly recalls power and money.
