Description
"Fil d'Ariane" is an ode to freedom of expression, an echo of dreams that rise without restriction. The generous dimensions of the canvas, Offer an infinite space to give free rein to the imagination. Each brushstroke is a caress on the soul, each color is a note that ignites. The work breathes life and energy, It transports us beyond the limits of our reality. The artist invites us to follow the fragile thread of inspiration, Like Ariadne's thread in the labyrinth of our emotions. Bright colors and delicate shades Captivate our senses and take us into an ethereal world. The title "Fil d'Ariane" also suggests an idea of connection between the different dimensions of the work. Just as Ariadne's thread connects the past to the present, the different artistic techniques used (acrylic, pastel) and the visual elements (shapes, colors) combine to create a unique harmony. Ariadne's thread thus becomes a symbol of continuity, exploration and discovery in the artistic process.
Presentation
Claude André Thibaud is a contemporary French painter. The essence of his art is expressed through metamorphoses, tensions, fear, pain, the destructuring of the human body and its rebirth, without obeying the rules of classical anatomy to go beyond representation of matter. Its black flat areas and bright or soft colors highlight the movement of life. He is in search of the most vulnerable, dramatic, distinctive and secret elements of humanity beyond appearances. His subjects share their own stories through the deconstruction of their object.
Claude André Thibaud was born in 1948, in France. His work has been exhibited in France and abroad. He is a member of Figuration Critique, the Taylor Foundation and Destructuralisme Figuratif - DF Art Project.
