It is characterized by bursts of pasty colors, purely mixed and giving rise to incredibly contrasting landscapes, figurations and still lifes. In fact, his technique could be reminiscent of impressionism, since he works with stains; but the pasture he uses for his works even simulates high reliefs on canvas.
Presentation
Spanish painter and sculptor, Ulpiano Carrasco was born in Villanueva de la Jara (Cuenca) in 1961, he would begin his artistic career in his town at an early age of only six years; and since then, his interest in that world would not stop.
He has works in Europe, Asia and the United States. Today, his exhibitions are continued in countries such as France, England, Belgium, United States (New York, Miami), Singapore, China (Hong-Kong), Dsouth Korea (Seoul), Monaco, Arab Emirates (Dubai), Switzerland (Geneva) and, of course, Spain.
It is characterized by pasty bursts of color, purely mixed and giving rise to incredibly contrasted landscapes, figurations and still lifes.
