Throughout his career, Keil's art has been marked by bold color choices, abstract forms, and expressive brushwork. A prominent figure in the Neo-Expressionist movement and the "Neue Wilde" group, Keil's work revitalized the expressive potential of painting during a time when other art forms were dominating the scene. His paintings have been exhibited worldwide, and his legacy continues to inspire future generations of artists.
