Peter Robert Keil, born on August 6, 1942, in Züllichau, now Sulechów, Poland, is a German artist celebrated for his distinctive Neo-Expressionist paintings. After World War II, his family moved to West Berlin, Germany, where he spent his formative years. Keil's artistic journey began at a young age, as he discovered his passion for drawing and painting early on. Keil attended the University of Arts in West Berlin, where he honed his skills and developed his unique artistic style.
